Bridget D. Rauvola
Investor Relations Partner
Bridget Rauvola, based in Boulder, Colorado, joined Morgenthaler in 2009 to lead its Investor Relations efforts. Her primary focus is to manage investor relations, fundraising and corporate marketing communication for the firm. Prior to joining Morgenthaler, Bridget was with Frazier Healthcare Ventures for 16 years as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Investors Relations. While at Frazier Healthcare, she successfully coordinated the fund-raising efforts of four healthcare funds and two technology funds representing over $1.8 billion in investment capital.
Prior to Frazier Healthcare Ventures, Bridget was an institutional equity salesperson in the Pacific Northwest Region for Smith Barney Harris Upham (now Citi Smith Barney) and DeanWitter Reynolds (now Morgan Stanley Dean Witter). Prior to the brokerage business, she was a software analyst for Frank Russell.
Bridget earned her Masters in Business Administration from Seattle University and a B.A. in Finance from the University of Montana. She is a member of the NVCA (National Venture Capital Association) Marketing and Communication committee and has presented at several conferences on the topic of investor relations management within a private equity firm.
