Karen Tuleta

Karen, based in Cleveland, OH, joined Morgenthaler in 1995 as a member of the Private Equity Team. She was previously with Carnegie Capital Management Company, a Cleveland, Ohio private money management firm, where she concentrated on portfolio management and public company analysis. Before joining Carnegie in 1987, she was a member of the international tax department at Hale and Dorr, a law firm in Boston, Massachusetts.
Karen is responsible for deal origination, raising third-party financing in conjunction with new investments and existing portfolio companies, and managing the closing process for all Buyout transactions. Karen maintains relationships with numerous institutions, including leveraged, corporate, and structured finance companies, banks, CLOs, CBOs, CDOs, mezzanine funds, insurance companies and high yield investors.
