Constantine, based in Boston, joined Morgenthaler in January 2010 as a member of the Private Equity Team. Prior to joining Morgenthaler, Constantine was an Analyst in the industrial growth and business services investment banking group at Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities) where he focused on both mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions. Constantine began his career as an Analyst in the metals and mining group at Merrill Lynch & Co.
